Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Source Media Group Partner Connection Portal ("Portal"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Portal.

2. Description of Service

The Portal is operated by Source Media Group ("SMG", "we", "us"). It is a private tool shared with YouTube creators that SMG is actively in discussions with for potential partnership. The Portal allows you to securely authenticate with your Google account and export read-only YouTube Analytics data for review by SMG's partnerships team.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Portal. By using the Portal, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the authority to grant access to the YouTube channel data associated with your Google account.

4. Google & YouTube API Terms

The Portal accesses YouTube data through the YouTube Analytics API. By using the Portal, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

SMG's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that the Google account you use to sign in is the account associated with the YouTube channel you intend to share data from. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the Portal only for its intended purpose of facilitating a partnership evaluation with SMG.

6. Intellectual Property

The Portal, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Source Media Group. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Portal solely for the purpose of submitting your YouTube Analytics data for partnership evaluation.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Portal is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. SMG does not warrant that the Portal will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SMG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Portal. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Portal shall not exceed $100.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Portal is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and store your information.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Portal after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
